Buongiorno a tutti con l'augurio che lo sia sino in fondo....!!! Oggi per me è cominciata bene anzi meravigliosamente bene, mi sento come se avessi ricevuto una fornitura di Hermes o Chanel e invece stiamo parlando di Farro, anche se non è un semplice Farro, ma andiamo per ordine. Oggi forse per la prima volta dopo tanti anni nella mia vita mi sorge una riflessione spontanea, che le cose belle anche se sono belle, a volte sono meno emozionanti di quelle semplici e vere. E ne sono davvero convinta che questo mi gratifichi di più che se avessi ricevuto una Birkin preziosa. Segno che qualcosa sta cambiando!!! Forse sto solo crescendo, maturando e invecchiando e quindi sto semplicemente diventando più nostalgica e giudiziosa. In ogni caso a parte questo sproloquio prolisso, comincia oggi la "prima collaborazione" di Tacchi e Polpette con l'azienda Prometeo di Urbino, una realtà che ha fatto del farro la sua naturale passione, garantendo un forte sodalizio con il territorio e mantenendo intatte le proprietà e qualità del cereale, attraverso le antiche tradizioni agricole e le lavorazioni a pietra.
Tacchi e Polpette avrà così modo di provare tutti questi prodotti e creare delle ricette che includano queste prelibatezze....non vediamo l'ora di cominciare!!!
