Aspettando l'autunno....
Ciao a tutti, questa me l'ero sono proprio scordata (come spesso accade) e allora guardando fra le mie foto ho pensato che fosse adatta al periodo e così eccola qui....L'ho preparata a fine settembre e devo dire che mi è venuta abbastanza bene per essere la prima volta, anche se forse i chiodi di garofano le danno un accento un pò forte, tanto che la prossima volta non so se li rimetterò...!!!
In ogni caso si accompagna benissimo a formaggi di un certo spessore e molto stagionati, qualche carne lo stesso dai tratti carismatici e perchè no anche qualche pesce sempre intenso e saporito....

Hello everyone this is me, I just forgot (as often happens) and then looking through my photos I thought it was appropriate to the period and so here it is ....
