Smile whit the muffins...!!!

Sorridere con i muffins....!!! Oggi mi sono divertita moltissimo a preparare questi dolcetti per una cena con le mie amiche, che fra l'altro hanno gradito moltissimo. In più come sempre la versione che proponiamo è molto leggera rispetto ai soliti muffins, l'olio extra vergine al posto del burro, farina integrale invece di quella normale e ahimè qualche gocciola di cioccolato per ricompensare il tutto....

Smiling with muffins....!!! Today I had a great time to prepare these treats for a dinner with my friends, that among other things they liked very much. Iphone e Instagram Thailandia "2"

Ecco le altre foto del mio Iphone...Il posto con quella vista mozzafiato si trova a Kho phangan e si chiama "Amsterdam bar" dove, dopo una giornata di mare o altro, ci si può rilassare mangiando e sorseggiando una bella Singha ghiacciata e godendo appieno di un panorama indescrivibile (http://www.amstardambar.com/ )....Ancora qualche bella e importante bottiglia di vino e champagne scovata nella cantina di vetro super tecnologica del mio resort, dei cani da spiaggia, alcuni piatti tipici della cucina Thailandese  fra cui il mio preferito "Chicken Satay" uno spiedino di pollo con una salsa alle arachidi davvero favolosa e infine qualche altro scatto qua e la....

La Thailandia ha sempre qualcosa di speciale da regalarti. Almeno a me fa questo effetto e ogni volta che ritorno provo una sensazione particolare atterrando a Bangkok, quasi indescrivibile.  Anche se al suo ordinario frenetismo e caotico subbuglio preferisco scappare e godere la pace di certe isole ancora selvagge e incontaminate, tipo Kho Phangan che devo dire mi ha davvero sorpresa e incantata.....

Although by its chaos and frenetic incessant prefer the quit and relaxation of some island still wild and pristine like Kho Phangan, that I was really surprised and enchanted....

Fish Last Minute....

Questo è un pesce dell'ultimo minuto, ossia quando non avete molto tempo per cucinare lui potrebbe essere una soluzione....cosa fondamentale è che il pesce sia freschissimo quindi acquistatelo da un bel "Pesciaiolo" di fiducia che per cortesia ve lo dovrà anche pulire.....ma nel caso sia un po' contrariato sfoderate il più bel sorriso che avete....!!!
