Queste foto le abbiamo fatte in un posto che si chiama "Kiosco da Bartolo" dove ho mangiato l'hamburgher più favoloso credo della mia vita, fatto in maniera davvero artigianale e con dei tempi di attesa da dimenticare qualsiasi appuntamento della giornata....ma ne vale la pena...Il kiosco è gestito da marito e moglie e sembra proprio di andare a trovare dei nonni o degli zii tanto è familiare l'ambiente e il mangiare è davvero buono, semplice e schietto....anche questo posto è stato suggerito dalla guida di Andrea...!!!

Formentera è un angolo di paradiso che ci siamo ritagliati e regalati durante la nostra vacanza ad Ibiza. Cinque giorni immersi nella pace più assoluta fra spiaggie stupende, passeggiate a visitare i vari fari e scorci dell'isola e paesini d'altri tempi come Sant Francesc e la sua incantevole piazzetta dove molte mattine abbiamo fatto colazione al Cafè Matinal, suggerito dal nostro Cicerone Andrea che con la sua compagna ormai da anni fa tappa fissa a Formentera e che ci ha lasciato una mini guida fatta da loro su tutti i posti più speciali che non ci saremmo dovuti perdere..... Per me era la prima volta che vedevo quest'isola stupenda....anche se devo dire la verità Ibiza mi affascina sempre di più....

Questa ricetta la dedico alla mamma di Stefania che in parte me l'ha insegnata e che io a quella originale ho apportato qualche modifica e alla mia amica Chiara (lei sa chi è) che con i fornelli non ha mai preso troppa confidenza, ma sta imparando a conoscerli e ogni tanto si guarda il mio blog per trovare qualche ricetta da poter fare....Bè Chiara e Stefania questo rotolo di pollo ai peperoni piccoli e dolci è per voi....

I love Ibiza (3)...centro storico....

Quest'anno a differenza delle altre volte che avevamo preso sempre la stessa casa in zona Salinas, abbiamo deciso di cambiare e optare per un appartamento in centro storico di Ibiza: Eivissa (patrimonio dell'Unesco)...giusto per provare a respirare un'aria diversa....La casa era molto bella e particolare con un terrazzo che dava su tutti i tetti o quasi di Eivissa, anche abbastanza economica fra l'altro...peccato solo che per caricare i bagagli e portare la spesa non era molto comodo visto che con la macchina non si può entrare in centro storico per cui grosse camminate e grandi fatiche, ma ne è valsa davvero la pena.....

Gli accessori di Valentino questo Autunno Inverno 2012-2013 sono davvero bellissimi e molto sofisticati dalle borse alle scarpe fino ad arrivare ai bracciali e collane..Il tema ricorrente è la borchia assolutamente rivisitata in chiave bon ton e adagiata su di un design davvero minimale che rende ancora più efficace l'insieme....Voi che ne dite...???

Queste foto sono state scattate qua e la nelle nottate Ibizenche, non sono molte visto che come dicevo nel post precedente preferisco ormai di più godermi il bel mare e il buon cibo piuttosto che i locali con tutto il loro da fare che ne consegue...Comunque non abbiamo rinunciato ad un aperitivo al BlueMarlin, ad una serata al Pacha, a qualche meraviglioso cocktail dello Swami e alla buona musica del Caffe Pereira......

Amo Ibiza. Lo dico sul serio ci passerei più di un mese o due mesi tranquillamente, anzi se potessi vorrei avere una casa ad Ibiza, così da poter decidere di andare quando mi pare e stare tutto il tempo che voglio. In ogni caso Ibiza ti permette di fare quello che vuoi lo stesso, nel senso che se sei amante della vita notturna la Isla è fatta per quello, con le sue discoteche fra le più blasonate al mondo e tutto l'entourage della noche Ibizenca, mentre se si è in cerca di relax, bel mare, paesaggi mozzafiato, buon cibo e natura sennonché passeggiate nel centro storico di Evissa (patrimonio dell'Unesco) allora Ibiza è fatta anche per soddisfare queste esigenze....e sinceramente sono quelle che preferisco, a parte qualche eccezione per una serata al Pacha o lo Space, passando per il bellissimo Caffe Pereira ad ascoltare buona musica fino a tardi....
