Crostata alla farina d'orzo con marmellata leggera di fichi e granella di nocciole

Ciao a tutti! Questa ricetta la dedico al Contest di Barbara che questo mese ha come protagonista un piatto dolce o salato in cui siano presenti i fichi e l'uva. Insieme o separati ognuno poteva dar sfogo alla propria immaginazione....Io ho preparato questa crostata molto casereccia con una farina speciale all'orzo integrale macinata a pietra e il lievito di pasta madre che è la prima volta che uso e devo dire non mi ha delusa affatto.

Infine visto che il tema erano i fichi, ho usato una marmellata biologica molto buona (almeno per me) che si miscelava perfettamente all'impasto light. Perchè come spesso accade nelle nostre ricette al posto del burro utilizziamo olio extra vergine d'oliva il che ci consente di ammortizzare un pò le calorie del dolce....In ogni caso il Blog di Barbara si chiama "Un giorno senza fretta" se vi capita andate a dare uno sguardo è ricco di spunti interessanti. Io chiaramente lo seguo spassionatamente....ah dimenticavo la crostata non era proprio bellissima per via di questa farina particolare, ma vi assicuro che tutti i miei amici a cena hanno gradito molto...!!!

E così per la prima volta sembra che un libro abbia sbancato qualsiasi botteghino diventando il libro più venduto nella storia, sfidando ogni book maker e ogni benpensante che dovrà fare i conti con questa ondata di porno-soft-sadomaso, stile harmony. Eh già i conti, perchè se da una parte la critica lo ha messo al bando peggio fosse un libro eretico o si voglia, dall'altra le donne lo hanno osannato quanto fosse l'ultimo ritrovato del Kamasuta giapponese...non tutte le donne...anzi si è delineata una spaccatura vera e propria nell'universo rosa fra quelle che amano incondizionatamente il personaggio di Christian Grey e la sua "sottomessa" che sottomessa non è Anastasia Steele e quelle che ucciderebbero persino la scrittrice tanto ce l'hanno con questo libro, che però non dimentichiamo hanno letto pure loro altrimenti come fanno a sapere tutto nei minimi dettagli o quasi... Un vero fenomeno che si è propagato a dismisura attraverso la rete e il passaparola proprio di noi donne arrivando ad essere tradotto persino in 30 lingue...una macchina da soldi insomma.....

Questo è il mio ultimo reportage di Formentera.....Le foto sono state scattate prima del tramonto in un posto che si chiama Es cape de barbaria dove c'è questo faro molto suggestivo e meraviglioso direi....
Non vedo l'ora la prossima estate di ritornare in quest'isola da sogno, senza dimenticare naturalmente Ibiza....

Queste foto le abbiamo fatte in un posto che si chiama "Kiosco da Bartolo" dove ho mangiato l'hamburgher più favoloso credo della mia vita, fatto in maniera davvero artigianale e con dei tempi di attesa da dimenticare qualsiasi appuntamento della giornata....ma ne vale la pena...Il kiosco è gestito da marito e moglie e sembra proprio di andare a trovare dei nonni o degli zii tanto è familiare l'ambiente e il mangiare è davvero buono, semplice e schietto....anche questo posto è stato suggerito dalla guida di Andrea...!!!

Formentera è un angolo di paradiso che ci siamo ritagliati e regalati durante la nostra vacanza ad Ibiza. Cinque giorni immersi nella pace più assoluta fra spiaggie stupende, passeggiate a visitare i vari fari e scorci dell'isola e paesini d'altri tempi come Sant Francesc e la sua incantevole piazzetta dove molte mattine abbiamo fatto colazione al Cafè Matinal, suggerito dal nostro Cicerone Andrea che con la sua compagna ormai da anni fa tappa fissa a Formentera e che ci ha lasciato una mini guida fatta da loro su tutti i posti più speciali che non ci saremmo dovuti perdere..... Per me era la prima volta che vedevo quest'isola stupenda....anche se devo dire la verità Ibiza mi affascina sempre di più....
